Joining StarRez marked my transition from enterprise-scale product ecosystems to a fast-moving SaaS environment. I’ve focused on strengthening product delivery and customer feedback loops, ensuring insight flows seamlessly between engineering, SMEs, and users.
I led the transition of Visual Room Selection from Beta to General Availability — refining accessibility standards, managing compliance audits, and presenting the launch to over 150 customers at Global Connect. My focus has been on creating the structure and rhythm that allow innovation to scale without losing agility.

bp – 2024

Product Manager

At bp, I shaped a consolidated ecosystem of digital tools that simplified financial reconciliation for business partners. Through Partner Assist, I introduced integrated dashboards that cut manual processing time by 15% and reduced support costs.
This role deepened my experience in aligning multiple systems, vendors, and stakeholders under a shared product vision — a bridge between platform management and operational excellence.

BP – 2022 / 24

Platform Product Manager

As part of bp’s global digital transformation, I led collaboration across six product teams spanning multiple time zones. We streamlined release operations, introduced blue/green deployments for zero downtime, and embedded metrics such as OKRs, KPIs, and DevEx to track performance and drive continuous improvement.This experience honed my skills in managing complex technical ecosystems and fostering a culture of data-driven delivery and shared accountability.

Transurban – 2022

Mobile Product Owner

At Transurban, I led discovery to simplify onboarding for the Linkt mobile app. By introducing number-plate lookup and streamlining registration, we reduced user friction and improved the customer experience for millions of drivers nationwide.

bp – 2021 / 2022

Mobile Product Owner

I delivered bp’s first in-store Scan & Go pilot for the BPme mobile app — a six-month MVP that brought together digital payments, loyalty rewards, and a seamless customer experience. The project blended discovery, experimentation, and agile delivery to prove a new concept in convenience retail.

AEMO – 2016 / 2021

Digital Content Product Owner

At AEMO, I championed the redevelopment of the corporate website and digital experience platform — reducing support tickets by 95% and embedding accessibility, search, and metadata standards across content operations.This role introduced me to the intersection of policy, data, and usability, building the foundations of my product mindset: structured discovery, cross-functional collaboration, and customer empathy.
